FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Luscombe.org ???

April 5, 2005 -- If you logged onto Luscombe.org your inquiry has been redirected to this site which is the home of the Luscombe Endowment, and CAS, who replace the now defunct Luscombe Foundation and the support it provided to the aviation community. Both parts and technical advice remain available for the asking, and we will attempt to field any other off-topic inquiries.

OVERVIEW

For those of you who are unaware, the Foundation attempted to defend its Luscombe assets and rights, but was driven into a bankruptcy by the expense of eight years of litigation propagated by Renaissance Aircraft, LLC., (John Dearden & Team Luscombe) for the purposes of forcing a divestiture of those assets in preservation (The TC and Tools/Parts). While the Foundation has been decimated, both Renaissance and Mr. Dearden have continued legal problems, and they are producing no parts nor any FAA certified aircraft. The lawyers have won, and aviation has lost once again.
